1996 FORD F-350 Truck Recall

Ford Motor company did a recall of 1996 of Ford F-350 model Ford trucks  on 2006-08-01. The truck’s vehicle speed control was the affected component and according to Ford Motor’s approximately 1200,000 units were affected.

1997 FORD F-250 Truck Recall

The 1997 Ford F250 truck was also recalled along with Ford F350 on 2006-08-01 for the same defect with the vehicle’s speed control component. Affected units was cited as 1200,000.

1998 FORD F-250 Model

On 2006-08-01 Ford Motors also recalled the 1998 Ford F-250 model trucks due to fault with exterior lighting headlights. Approximately 19,413 Ford F250 trucks had this issue.
